In town for a few days for work- and decided to try ROOTS for the first time… WOW! What a great meal! I got the Balboa! So freakin’ good! This place may have just changed my typical ‘headed to B’Burg, let’s have dinner’ routine! I might even get some togo tomorrow for when I head back to Virginia Beach! Which reminds me… @ROOTS -come set up shop in the 757!!!
It was quick and delicious
Quaint restaurant with very good food! Meals are prepped by request right in front of you with fresh ingredients. You can see the whole kitchen. There are suggested meal items but you can also make your own ( similar to Subway) salad/bowl. KIDS EAT FREE is a HUGE bonus when bringing the whole family. Kids love trying new items and foods, and if they don’t like it, you can take it home for later!
One of the best healthy options in town but they will forget items or get the order wrong sometimes, especially with delivery.
