Employee sagging their pants ruined my appetite
I ordered from Roots for a quick healthy meal. I was very happy with the bowl I received. The portion is large. Everything was flavorful and fresh. This is a great option for those that want to eat healthier but forgot their lunch at home (like me).
The app was not working so I called the restaurant directly to place the order. I told them I had to get on the road or be late and after 3 failed attempts it was unsafe to do while driving. They would not let me order with a human over the phone, even though it was this badge. I think that’s downright dumb. What’s the point of having a human answer the phone if they will be useless when you explain something there reasoning mind should understand and help with!
