I was at State College for a business trip and searched the area for places to eat that weren't typical and not over priced. As soon as I discovered Roots Natural Kitchen, I had to check them out. I was NOT disappointed! I ordered the special Yam Jam and it was phenomenal! The best part, sweet potatoes! I went here recently and was a bit nervous to try a new eatery as I have food allergies. I felt such at ease here. I'm allergic to gluten and informed the first person who notified another worker down the line of my allergy. She dedicated herself to mine and my daughter's food, pulling new items and tongs for everything. The time and attention she gave to insure no cross-contamination was conmendable. I would recommend anyone to go here. The food was top notch and unbeatable service. This will be our go-to place from now on.
