Roots N Shoots ordered sod off of us for delivery on 8/24/23, and charged it to his account. Stevhan Kardell(the owner) gave us every excuse in the book why he couldn't pay his bill, and in nov'23 he gave us a credit card to pay it, and when we tried to charge the card it only let us charge 200.00. We then tried to get in contact with him again, and the only response we got was that he wouldn't be paying us. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
Roots 'n Shoots recently finished our permeable blue stone patio and we couldn't be happier. They show up on time, are super nice and even were able to help us with a few extra things all for a reasonable price.
Stevhan and his team just completed a very large backyard project for us that included a huge 7' x 48' stone retaining wall, a patio refresh and extension, and regrading the backyard (including the removal of a big mound that limited the use of the yard). Overall, we are really happy with the way the yard turned out and Stevhan was great to work with. He's super responsive via text and email, and communication was great throughout the process.
We couldn’t be happier with our new 500 sq ft patio, side steps, gorgeous retaining wall, front steps, front walkway, and drainage! The Roots ‘n Shoots team did such a beautiful job and were so professional, timely and catered to our changes throughout the project. I look forward to hiring them for additional work in the future and definitely will recommend them to our friends & family.
I hired Roots 'n Shoots to replace a 60' brick paver walkway and had a very positive experience. In a time when you can barely get contractors to call you back, Stevhan is just a great person to work with. He's organized and responsive, was patient and helpful with my many questions and some indecision, and got things done when he said they'd be done, even when it took multiple trips.
