Technician came out for sprinkler repair. Looked in the box, and had to leave to get a handle to turn the system on. Came back hours later, and then left again without saying a word. Now they won’t answer the phone. Save your time and call someone else.
Had this company come out to work on our sprinkler system. Not only did the tech not have what they needed with them but when he left to get the parts he was gone for over an hour and a half. When I called the company, they said they would call and find out what was going on and call me back. That didn’t happen. When the technician returned, he didn’t complete the job and didn’t notify us when he left. I have tried to call the company this morning and no answer. Roots Landscaping did a total revamp of our backyard and front. We are thrilled, it looks amazing. They repaired sprinklers, installed all new drip lines for plants, pulled out a lot of old bushes, and planted lots of new things. We are in love with our yard and how beautiful everything looks.
