My wife and I are visiting from Arizona. We wanted to keep up with our yoga practice so we tried Roots Health Studio. The studio was clean and owner/instructor friendly. We loved the class. Highly recommend this place!
Wonderful studio. Visiting from Florida and enjoyed a fantastic Yoga class with Sophie(?). Finished feeling physically rebalanced, emotionally replenished. If you are in the area, stop in to Laurel's Root's Health Studio. Fabulous experience! Wish I were local, I'd be a regular client! :-)
Super fun! Super affordable! Loved everything about it. Classes are fun and challenge you the right way.
