We have a board-certified Family Medicine physician on staff and serve both children and adults. During the covid-19 pandemic we offer telehealth and in person services with your doctor.

Dr. Diaz helped me understand the medical exam process. She is easy going person.
I had the chance to book a full medical exam with Dr. Diaz and I can tell that she is one of the most professional and friendly physicians that I had the chance to meet. The quality of service and communication is excellent. Highly recommended!
Dr. Diaz was friendly, compassionate, a great listener and beyond helpful! I was in a bit of a rush to get some paperwork filled that required a physical. She helped by moving her schedule around to accommodate me right before leaving for her trip! I was very impressed by how organized her clinic set up was and the close follow up by both her and her staff. I don’t live close to where her office is located but I will definitely make the drive to see her & establish care here. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area!
I enjoy the concept but not the execution. I felt unheard, and pushed medications while the practice claims to be holistic. Every positive I expressed was met with doubt. When I lost my job I expressed Payment would be delayed as I was waiting on a check to be mailed. They asked if they can inquire on Friday about payment. I did not recieve any inquiry, just a cancelation notice claiming it was due to a lack of communication on my behalf. I do not see myself returning or reflecting upon this experience positively.
