My first and only experience here. My appointment with Krystal was for 11a. About 1045a she tells me it will be 1115a. No problem, and I appreciate her telling me. I text her after 1115a, and she told me she was in the parking lot but giving me extra time. I didn't need extra time, so that was pointless. I recently went to Roots Hair Studio, the first time in 6 years I have had a professional do my hair, and saw Harley. She was awesome, very kind, listened really well, tried to match my color as close to the picture as she could, checked every product for my allergy before using them and overall just made the experience really great.
