Lisa is amazing at what she does. Her office is easily accessible, convenient street parking, and she has a clean, cozy and cute waiting room. She is always on time to appointments, makes you feel comfortable for something that is so commonly taboo to talk about, and it's quite easy to communicate/schedule appointments with her. Roots is a lovely place. Clean, easy parking, and state of the art. Marielle makes you feel comfortable while she expertly takes care of unwanted hair. In addition, she is kind and funny. You can’t go wrong with Roots and Marielle!
For years I’ve had breakouts from ingrown hairs on my neck. I finally decided to do something about it. I was referred to Marielle by a friend. She was professional, explained the process clearly and was able answer all my questions. The office was clean and she set a good vibe with the choice of music. I’ll be returning for a follow up appointment and I highly recommend her.
