I hired Ethan and his team from Roots & Connections to cut back and shape the Portuguese Laurels in my back yard. They did an excellent job: arrived on time and cleaned up all the debris afterward, employees were friendly, knowledgeable and did things safely, the price was fair and the trees look very pretty now. I am impressed and would definitely use them again the future.
Ethan and his crew were great to work with. No judgement about our wild garden and trees. They were quick to book a look see and quick to do the work. Fingers crossed our plum tree liked its haircut!

We’ve had Ethan and his team over twice now, and each time I’ve been impressed with the attention to detail and care with the several trees they’ve pruned. For the second visit Taylor took the time to figure out what I needed done with one particularly unruly and visually-dominant tree in our front yard. It looks fantastic now. The cost per visit was reasonable and matched the estimated quote, and everything was cleaned up beautifully in the end.
Mike and his companion arrived on time and finished on time. They took into considerations all of my concerns before starting the job. They made sure that our property and our neighbor's properties are well cleaned after the job. Highly recommend. I will hire them again in a couple of years to keep my trees well maintained.
