I went for the first time today. Great service, fun people, and sharp haircut. My only drawback was not being allowed in their group photo.
We have had some really bad experiences at other barbers places and we were so traumatized to try another one. Lucy took us in and assured us everything would be fine. We FINALLY walked out feeling so happy with my son’s hair cut. We are now at our 5th appt and we couldn’t be more happier. I don’t leave many reviews however, I HAD to spread the word about roots classic. They are amazing and Lucy truly knows what she’s doing. She’s up to date with all the new kid hairstyles.
I go to Roots occasionally when my regular barber who is closer to my house is on vacation. I always get a great haircut at Roots, so I know if my regular barber ever goes away, I can count on Roots. They are savvy business people as well as barbers and always treat their customers well, with longer hours than most barbers 7 days a week. Best ive run into in Port Orange. Been there twice. Not disappointed yet. Look forward to my next cut.
Took my teen to see Caio. He was professional, had a thorough consult before he started cutting to make sure everyone was on the same page, then executed the desired cut seamlessly. We will be returning regularly!
