I give Dr. Lauren a 4 instead of a 5 star. I saw her during my pregnancy and she was amazing. She is Webster Certified and really helped me alleviate discomfort and gave great tips for exercises throughout the pregnancy. Post-birth though, I had a poor quality appointment with her. Post partum is a sensitive time. Dr. Lauren was judgmental toward my pain and lack of mobility post-birth and was pushy for me to come again quickly for another appointment. I have had horrible vertigo for 5 years. Could not do sports, most workout routines, and also had to change my lifestyle to cater around it. Dr. Michael got to work on it right away and I started seeing improvements within a few weeks. Now I am able to easily do daily activities and workout freely again. Because of this, I have also been able to get back in shape and improve my depression as well. I appreciate everything Roots has done for me and will recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Michael’s adjustments really helped manage my seasonal allergies and sinus/ear congestion. Would highly recommend him.
