Roots is a gem. Its staff are second to none - a hand picked team of kind, intelligent, hard working, gifted and devoted practitioners. Everyone here - from your child's therapist and care coordinators, to the teaching staff and the chef and his team - is firmly devoted to your child's recovery and takes a well-coordinated and compassionate approach, always going the extra mile. The after care is also excellent. In short, Roots is an outstanding facility.

I cannot recommend this program strongly enough to put into words. This is first place we’ve experienced that treats the whole family. I didn’t even know we needed the help, but we stuck to their program, attended the support groups, participated fully in every session, read the recommended material, and we all have changed for the better. My stay was alright, but they do not treat eating disorders and all they talk about is drugs, not everyone is addicted to drugs

They didn’t take my friend to the hospital when she broke her knuckle, they didn’t even believe her, she got an ex Ray when she got home and it really was broken, she had to get surgery
