This review is for anybody that has been skeptical about trying acupuncture. I cannot believe I waited until my 70s to try this, but Dr. Munster is absolutely amazing! She is through, listening to where my pain was coming from, explaining how through these treatments relief would come. I started using roots acupuncture as I started an IV chemotherapy. I’m sure there are a lot of reasons why… And I totally believe that acupuncture here is a main reason… I am having no side effects. It is a very peaceful and calming experience every couple weeks… And I feel so safe and healthy coming. I strongly suggest it to anyone.
I have Long COVID and dysautonomia, so my body is extremely sensitive. Treatment has to be individually tailored and hit that Goldilocks sweet spot. Otherwise, I’ll flare. I’ve had other practitioners give me treatments that caused me to flare for months. Not Rena. Her treatments consistently help me get OUT of flares. She seems to truly understand my body and what it needs. I highly recommend her services.
I am so glad I started seeing Dr. Rena for acupuncture. Her 5 elements training and experience in acupuncture has been a game changer for my health. I wish I would have started years ago. I feel so calm and revitalized after my visits. Dr. Rena is one of the most caring, gentle, and knowledgeable practitioners I have seen. I love her location right near my fave coffee shop.
