I initially started acupuncture with Rena to address side effects of cancer chemo and immunotherapy, including peripheral neuropathy and fatigue. I am no longer conscious of any peripheral neuropathy and I credit acupuncture with eliminating those side effects. I am now in remission for 2 1/2 years and I believe that acupuncture is an essential element in supporting my immune system and general functioning, and will greatly contribute to my continuing recovery. I started seeing Dr Munster approximately 6 months ago when severe stress seemed to be manifesting in a # of physical symptoms. Today I had my initial appointment with Dr. Rena. She was well prepared having read the online forms I had completed. The order and flow was as described and I felt a good rapport developing. She described a treatment plan and treatment began. There was no discomfort whatsoever as to actual acupuncture. The session took 90 minutes. She is professional but not stiff. I look forward to working with her on my goals. I’ve had 3 appointments to date with Dr. Rena and have noticed significant improvement of my targeted symptom(s).... read more
