A lovely old tree in our yard was damaged in a recent storm--a large part snapped off, leaving a huge piece hanging down and an exposed split in the tree. Jake @ Lively Oak was responsive from our first outreach, asked for photos, and gave us a very fair estimate. He arrived as scheduled, safely removed the branch, cut it up, bundled the other parts, and removed all of it to the front of our house for composting. Jake and his crew were professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on time and did exactly what I asked them to do with zero issues. Clean up was impressively thorough as well. I especially appreciated Jake's obvious respect towards trees and the environment.
