Our experience with Jake at Lively Oak was wonderful from start to finish. We needed a large magnolia tree pruned enough to restore light in our apartment, but not so much as to interfere with the shade in our neighbors' garden. Jake was patient and clear in discussing how to balance these needs and also maintain the health of the tree.
