Roots was a great salon - everyone was kind and friendly and the service was exceptional. Dana did an amazing job with my shampoo and style for an event I have. I would highly recommend both Dana and Roots!

My bang trim looked like a bowl cut with choppy side pieces instead of face framing. My daughter watched as she cut my bangs while gazing out the window. I would have loved to make this our new salon as we are new to the area sadly that was not the case- this review was not left as an attack to the stylist but as a reminder to slow down. I appreciate the owner reaching out and trying to rectify the situation.
