This roots store was relatively big and spacious. They had the women’s apparel and accessories in front, men and children section in the middle and back. The store was very clean and organized. Priced were Roots standard, but some items had sales prices up 60% off. Even though I didn’t find anything interesting in apparels, I bought bunch of pairs of socks for my family members. Tiffany is the best ! She went above and beyond to help us !!
Tiffany did not provide proper service, 1. She did not mention gift card is non-refundable before completing the sale. 2. She gave us a scratched gift card without mentioning pin needs to be scratched upfront in order to add a balance. She later mentioned, this is company policy and to call customer care for any issues. She mentioned how she has been working for 6 yrs and every employee sees this as a problem. This so called supervisor needs a break. How are we suppose to gift a scratched card to anyone?
