The doctor at Root Remedy was very professional and knowledgeable. I was honestly hesitant and self conscious to seek help for my thinning hair, but they were very easy to talk to, listened carefully to my goals, as well as treatment preferences, and devised a plan I'm very happy about. As a naturopathic physician, she also has many other options available as alternatives or in conjunction with PRP/PRF. She is approachable and has a wonderful bedside manner.

Had a great consult with Dr. Gillham. I was a bit unsure at first as the consult takes place in a salon BUT everyone was very professional and Dr. Gillham was very easy to chat with and discuss what was happening with my thinning hair. Overall I felt like she was very knowledgable of scalp/hair health walking me through each step of the analysis verbally as well as visually.
