I called to get information on becoming a patient and being seeing as for the first time for an acute ear drum perforation after an ear infection before I went on a trip. Spoke to a man in reception on the phone today who explained it would $500 for a 1 time office visit. This $500 fee does not get me an appointment before my trip - just the next avaliable appointment opening after my trip date, does not include any type of imaging, labs, test or diagnostic tools and does not cover any future appointments.
