I called to get information on becoming a patient and being seeing as for the first time for an acute ear drum perforation after an ear infection before I went on a trip. Spoke to a man in reception on the phone today who explained it would $500 for a 1 time office visit. I have been searching for a pediatrician who will hear my concerns regarding my child for 10 years. Well, my search has brought me to the door of Dr. Lon's practice. Our first in person visit was 2.5 hour long. I had to bring him up to par with entire health history and he never for a moment made me feel like I was over the top ( which I am pretty sure I was). Our whole family loved meeting Dr. Lon! My children, like many, are nervous about doctors' offices and doctors in general. RootMD's office is such a warm, inviting and clean space so everyone immediately felt comfortable upon arrival. We appreciated how Dr. Lon took his time asking questions and listening to responses. He was very thorough in his examination, feedback and suggestions. We are so grateful to have someone we trust so close to home!
After years of looking for a primary both in traditional and functional medicine, I've found the one! Highly recommend Dr Lon! He spends plenty of time with you reviewing everything necessary while informing you of the latest medical research and data. Definitely feel as though I am in good hands.
Dr. Lon is highly knowledgeable in natural approaches and also on the western medicine approach to health. He takes his time to get to know you as a patient and your needs/wants. He is very personable and friendly doctor. I highly recommend him for health!
