We had a job in a basement level retail store where there was groundwater penetration along a wall with an elevator. Pleased with the work that was done to install the backup preventer. When I looked into it after the 2013 backup, the only one that was quoted was the external model, and it was over $5000. I thought the city would fix the drains (and they claimed to have) but silly me. In 2024 the backup was worse than before, so I bit the bullet. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost for the internal version was less than I imagined, and Sergio prepared the paperwork for the city rebate.
