I posted my review on mrwaterheater guy felt like doing this one to since it’s the same/old company
DO NOT USE. If your warranty company assigns them, ask for a new one. They came out, inspected our water heater and said "Yep you need a new one, here is the estimate $359 for the things the warranty company doesn't cover, sign here and we will order, could take 2-4weeks because of pandemic to get the tank in." I called to follow up, no answers (multiple times). Finally I got ahold of someone and he said "Im busy but Ill call you back". Our warranty company got involved and also couldn't get ahold of them.
