Very disappointed with the service from this company. We have been waiting months to have one of our units repaired, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. Despite the amount of time that has passed, we still have not received a clear update or timeline for when the issue will actually be resolved. Things happen and repairs can take time, but completely failing to communicate with customers for months is unacceptable

Needed an emergency service, Dan was great in answering the calls and having his great staff take care of my problem that I was trying to figure out for days. These guys know what they're doing and have an amazing team! Highly recommend.

Rooterman was contracted to vacuum out the catch basins in the roadway of our Condominium community. The crew was right on time and immediately got to work. The day was one of the hundred degree days this summer and I thought they would want to reschedule, but they did not. They were completely professional and heroically worked through the heat to finish the job. My hat is off to them. I recommend them with no reservation.
