We noticed a water leak on Tuesday at 5:30pm. I called expecting to leave a message and spoke with a representative who scheduled a consult for me on Wednesday morning. Two gentlemen, Ernesto and Jaime, showed up exactly on time, looked at our toilet and gave me a best case and worst case scenario quote (both of which I felt were reasonable) and Jaime got to work right away (Ernesto left to go to another client's house). This is a scam. We called them for a clogged kitchen sink drain. A first employee came, and after a few minutes told us we had a major problem and need a hydrojet cleaning. He called his colleague, who arrived shortly afterwards, and made us believe that we needed a thorough jet cleaning, made us pay a 10% deposit on that $2,430 procedure that they said we needed, insisting that this might not be all, and we might need to change all the pipes in our home, even though it is only 11 years old. This company just attempted to seriously rip me off! I have a very trustworthy plumber that I usually go to for simple fixes but I received a mailer from this company for a $54 clogged drain cleaning. I can’t beat that price so I decided to try them out. The guy showed up and was super respectful and seemingly professional as he proceeded to wrestle with my clogged shower drain with a snake. Had to get them out of my mother’s life. One of those places that does a small easy job then once they are in there tells you you’re going to need thousands of dollars of work done. Preys on the naive. Got a second opinion and didn’t need any of it. Didn’t honor their discount, prided themselves on customer service, but never answered our messages. I don’t trust this money grubbing business one bit with this manipulative business model.
