Don’t be fooled by their marketing of “arriving within 33 minutes”. That’s just from the time of dispatch. I called for an emergency and they made it seem like somebody would be out right away. Five hours later and multiple texts saying “we have a high volume of calls” snd telling me “I was next in line”, they still had not showed up or given me any sort of time frame. I had a very disappointing experience with Rooter Ranger. This company exemplifies why people dread dealing with contractors. They initially charged me $200 to unclog a drain, which didn’t resolve the issue. Then, they asked for an additional $300 to use a camera, only to tell me that hydrojetting was the solution, quoting a “discounted” price of $1,700 from the original $2,200 because I had already paid $500.
