I had a very disappointing experience with Rooter Ranger. This company exemplifies why people dread dealing with contractors. They initially charged me $200 to unclog a drain, which didn’t resolve the issue. Then, they asked for an additional $300 to use a camera, only to tell me that hydrojetting was the solution, quoting a “discounted” price of $1,700 from the original $2,200 because I had already paid $500.
