Fernando was AMAZING. We called for a leak in the kitchen that was dribbling to the garage ceiling. Very knowledgeable, so patient, communicative, and professional. I highly recommend asking specifically for Fernando!!!
This is a scam company not gonna lie. They will come and pump your septic field lines etc but they are going to charge you almost $2k in upcharges. Hopefully class action coming soon.
I remember getting services form rooter plus but do not remmner if thsi is the location but rip our familt off for 3k, does not recommned at all
They came out and performed a repair on our neighborhood. They gave us a timeline as the entire neighborhood was without water and had it on in time. Cameron was great and communicative.
Scammers!!!! We called them for a routine septic tank pumping, but instead of doing the job we requested, they tried to scam us into replacing the entire system—at an outrageous cost! They claimed our system was "beyond saving" without even properly inspecting it. I called around and found another company that would came the next day and they confirmed that all we needed was a simple pump-out, which they did in a few hours.
