Scammers!!!! We called them for a routine septic tank pumping, but instead of doing the job we requested, they tried to scam us into replacing the entire system—at an outrageous cost! They claimed our system was "beyond saving" without even properly inspecting it. I called around and found another company that would came the next day and they confirmed that all we needed was a simple pump-out, which they did in a few hours. This is a criminal organization, charging 4700 for a simple septic pump.
Rip off company with scammers!! My mom called to have her 2 septic tanks pumped (a $250 job according to rooter plus website each) when the one guy finished he pressured her to pay over $12,000!! She of course couldn’t, but she gave him half, and post dated the second check (which I told her to cancel immediately, including the one she wrote the company cashed IMMEDIATELY!). They did a great job.
Got a free septic assessment from rooter, and their recommendation was 5x that of a competitor. “We can go ahead and do it while we’re here.” They would have installed a riser (which I already have), replaced a drain pipe that’s working, and used their oxidizer treatment (with a warranty of course). I just had a great experience with septic blue. I’m so glad I got a second opinion.
