So I had Peter from Rooter One come out today to check my septic system . I really liked Peter , he was professional, knowledgeable and nice. He educated me about the system, which I knew nothing about and emptied the tank . I am very pleased with the fast and excellent service I received ! I highly recommend Rooter One ! Ask for Peter, he’s the best

If you want a plumbing/septic company that is reliable and reasonably priced and ridiculously professional! Rooter one is the company. Not only did Cheryl fit me in the same day for a septic tank clean out. Royce who did the field work was beyond professional and very educational on my emergency septic issue. 5 stars plus! Once again, Rooter One came through. Tankless hot water heater went down, no hot water. Another plumbing company was going to come out and charge me to replace the unit, charging me for the unit, 3 hour visit, and parts. Thankfully, I thought to call Rooter One. Ariel, who answered the phone, was most accomodating. Lawrence came out, opened the panel and realized it was simply a matter of hitting the "reset" button and showed me how to do it if it occurred again. Most grateful!
