Jonathan M. used a small machine try to clean the outside sewer line. He did not finish the job and insist to claim the service fee. He said he can come back next day and used a large machine and that will const $1,300 us. Poor job.

I do not normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I scheduled a service call for a clogged shower drain after being quoted $125 for drain snaking. I had already tried using my own drain snake and explained the situation to the technician, Henry, when he arrived. Without attempting to snake the drain or perform any actual diagnostic work, Henry immediately recommended a much more expensive service involving a roof access inspection and camera inspection that would cost over $1,000. Train your drivers to drive better. 8:02am 10 freeway, one of your drivers cut me off with no signals while I was hauling a pretty heavy load going at speed, the idiot decided he’s gunna get mad at me after “he” almost caused an accident. I definitely didn’t appreciate the provocative hand gesture he made too. Oh and please fix that brake light your that’s out to on your vans, surprise a business like this can’t even keep their vehicles and drivers in check, should report you guys.
