Complete scam tactics. Two technicians showed up hours later than initially said for a controller module leak. Before they even looked at the unit, the very first words out of their mouth were, 'That water heater is really old, you should replace the whole thing.' They completely assumed the tank was leaking. I literally had to point out the actual module leak to them, at which point one tech said, 'Oh, that’s what's leaking? Not the tank? Well, I won't put my name on that.' I was very disappointed in Roto-Rooter I wanted someone to come out and fix my toilet it hasn't worked since February 2nd all he did was tweak the toilet and adjust it I told him that's not the problem it lasted 10 hours if that I need the trap pulled and a snake put down I talked to the landlord and he said he would call you guys but he did it of course my toilet hasn't worked for 4 months I'm going to sue foothill gardens so you know what I will never recommend you to anyone else
