I would be very careful dealing with this company. They quoted me an excessive amount to replace the main line. When I got a second quote they said they would match the price. The second quote was over 4,000 dollars less. They truly have no shame.

​BUYER BEWARE! Their Google reviews looked good, but poor Yelp reviews were closer to our experience. I don't think I've ever left a negative review, but the circumstances of my recent experience with Rooter Man left me both baffled and frustrated. While our technician was friendly and his work seems solid, the initial inspection and service quote continued to grow and become more eye-poppingly expensive. We called for a drainage backup. RootermanLA.com came promptly at the end of the afternoon which I appreciated. They diagnosed a blockage with roots and returned in the a.m. to excavate as their camera couldn't pass. The charge was $4,500. Some roots were cleared and then a 2nd estimate for pipe lining of a 15' section of clay pipe to the street was given at a cost of an additional $13,000 which seemed pricey (no permit price included or additional service).
