I would give Rooter Man zero stars if I could, they were one of three companies that came to my house to clear a blocked sewer line. The rep Joe that came was very unprofessional. He broke a snake off in my sewer line and never told me. He then tried to schedule a video camera the following day to locate the blockage, meanwhile he set that up to retrieve his broken snake that he never told me about.
