Beware. They put a collections notice on my name despite me not acquiring them. I shouldnt have provided my name/address to them
Used to be happy with this service but had a bad experience the last few times. Had a leak in the ceiling and was told that the connection had to be tightened in the drain pipe. The tech asked me to fill the tub about half way to test to ensure the problem had resolved, and there were no leaks. Waited the recommended few weeks before spending a lot of money to close the opening in the ceiling. A month or so later, the flood happened again in the same spot. AAA has very reasonable prices and a large fleet of service techs. Mori the owner is a very respectable man always looking out for clients
Not satisfied with the work nor the Cost. waste of time and money.
I am very disappointed with the service provided by RooterMan (Robert Plantic). The pricing was unreasonably high, and the overall communication lacked professionalism. There was no clear explanation of the charges, and the final cost was far more than expected. I did not feel that the service reflected honesty or fairness.I do not recommend this plumber — definitely not worth the money.
