Don't deserve even a single star that is only to make the review get posted, “technician words my time is 150 per hour you can’t afford ”… wow mr expensive sorry i called you wasted your time in travel.. will you open a drain for me? ..”i won’t touch it I don't know what I am getting my hands into”… dude did I call you to show my house??? I'd been having a problem with my sewer backing up for more than 2 yrs. It wasn't until I had Rooter-Man look at it with their high def camera that the problem was found. During the investigation they also noted where the kitchen/laundry tub drain joined the main sewer line. They filled the laundry tub with water then pulled the plug. The camera didn't show any water coming from the kitchen/laundry tub connection. The camera did show water pouring into the sewer at two of the clay pipe joints further down. I was very happy with this company. The office staff were super helpful and got me a plumber to come within an hour notice. Alfred was amazing with communicating the issue and estimate price breakdown. He came back the next morning after sourcing an uncommon part to get the job done. Very thankful for the reliable and quick repair!

I had to replace a broken pipe that was underground at a student rental property. I was told by Mike the plumber that they would dig up the concrete in the laundry room and that diggers would be there on Monday at 9am. Well they arrived at 10:15am, not 9am and started to dig in one of my students room without letting me know this was happening! I was not at the property. I had to find out from the student!
