Not satisfied with the work nor the Cost. waste of time and money.
I am very disappointed with the service provided by RooterMan (Robert Plantic). The pricing was unreasonably high, and the overall communication lacked professionalism. There was no clear explanation of the charges, and the final cost was far more than expected. I did not feel that the service reflected honesty or fairness.I do not recommend this plumber — definitely not worth the money.
The plumber was lazy, unfriendly, and had a terrible attitude. clearly only interested in money. The service was way overpriced, and he didn’t do the job properly. He only explained how the piping is structured but didn’t clean or fix anything. He was supposed to come for a free quote, yet ended up charging me $380 just for explaining the work that needed to be done with no written quote, no paperwork, and no receipt provided. Don't deserve even a single star that is only to make the review get posted, “technician words my time is 150 per hour you can’t afford ”… wow mr expensive sorry i called you wasted your time in travel.. will you open a drain for me? ..”i won’t touch it I don't know what I am getting my hands into”… dude did I call you to show my house??? I’ve used this service twice now—once for a clogged drain and once for installing a new water heater. Both times the service was excellent and the pricing was fair.
