We were assigned Rooter-Man of Omaha by our home warranty company due to a leak at the faucet in our primary bathtub, which caused water to come through a light fixture in the living room ceiling below. I should note that I’m not sure if Rooter-Man of Omaha and Thomas Plumbing are the same entity, but they share the same address per Google, and calls from Rooter-Man show up as Thomas Plumbing on caller ID. Through my home warranty, Eric from Rooter-Man came out the next business day. He was knowledgeable and professional in providing service. He explained what the problem was and it got fixed.

Our experience with Rooter Man, assigned through a home warranty, was nothing short of frustrating. Without informing us, the technicians removed a faucet and then quoted an absurd $451 just to cap the pipes, with an additional $500+ to install a new faucet later—nearly $1,000 to get a single fixture on one sink!!
