Tech was nice, company is dishonest. my insurance is paying for the whole repair yet they charge $250 to cut out a piece of sheetrock to access the repair
Above and beyond service. Our plumber arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, and provided reasonable prices. After our issued was resolved, he spent another 30 minutes going over options with us and providing valuable insight into our pipes. Excellent job!
