Very pleased with Rooter-man's availability and responsiveness to my call this weekend, their serviceman George was excellent: had a pipe break underneath my house as well as my in-laws', George arrived and had the job done in no time, he was very friendly and explained what he did to repair the lines as well as reminding the company is available 24/7 for emergencies. Highly recommend them.
Called this morning for drain cleaning and they were able to get it done before 3:00 p.m. on same day, They were very knowledgeable & friendly (Austin & Andrew) & would recommend them again.

This place is a scam. I was told they could come out and give me a quote then repairing my main line for the septic unit. I already have a quote from another company and just wanted a second opinion. The guy came out looked inside that they already dug whole and said $59 for me to come out. If you want me to actually give you a quote, you're going to have to pay nearly $600. Great service and very friendly people! They called to let me know they were on the way and arrived shortly after. The guys took the time to answer my questions after they were done pumping. I would definitely recommend!
