Called these folks for an insured major backup of clean rainwater in basement, and expressed a NEED for a camera line to find a possible clog in main, made the appointment for the following day, two men came without the needed equipment to perform the job. They gave me a rate that was 40% higher than the local industry prices, and I refused the service.
