Tom was out to take care of the clogged drain within 30 minutes of calling them! He was very courteous and professional, and had the clog knocked out in no time. This bathroom sink has never drained this fast! He also gave great advice on how to avoid future similar clogs. I also really appreciated that he wore a mask, and is vaccinated! I will be recommending Rooter-Man to all my friends and family.
