Was never installed. Still isn't installed 6 weeks later. They need to come by here and look at the failed job their 2 employees did. Broke my water pipe therefore could not hook up the water heater so they left. Didn't even have the decency to shut the water off. A new heater that yet has seen a drop of water.

We hired this company when they were under a different name and they are nothing but scam artists. They did not do the work they contracted to do (we realized later), over-charged us for the work, and then "went out of business" and changed their name so they could leave customers like us that they ripped off on the hook for fixing the mess they created in the first place. When you hear the terms "fly-by-night" and "con artists" that's what these guys are. Stay away from them!
