David was great! I had a unexpected issue, I was able to call Monday morning and have a tech at my house within a few hours. David was polite, quick to address the issue and fixed our plumbing in record time while explaining the issue and solution. Would absolutely recommend Rooterman!
Excellent service! Quick to respond to our call and come to out to our house. Technician was knowledgeable , kind, and able to easily fix our problem.
The historic storm of 12/17/23 to 12/18/23 left us without power and water intrusion into our basement the result of a buried and blocked perimeter drain outlet. Emergency contact with Rooter man of Eliot provided us with some comfort on how to handle the problem overnight with the promise if we called back in the morning they would schedule a visit to come out and investigate the problem.
