My water softener failed, Gabriel did great work, communicated clearly and handled everything efficiently. I really appreciate the quality of service Spirit is and would gladly recommend them.
Ernie was amazing! He was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable with regards to plumbing, plumbing parts, etc. I made the appointment at 6:30am and by 7:30am I received a text noting he would be here between 8am-10am. Ernie was in constant communication and let me know exactly when he would be arriving, etc. I would definitely recommend Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air and I would definitely recommend Ernie. He knows his plumbing 😉
