The worst experience with a plumber I can ever remember. I was taken advantage of, by Rudy who orchestrated a perfect bait and switch. Oh sure the website offers you a $49.00 coupon for a basic drain cleaning but they are not interested in that! Rudy and his assistant came to clean my drain with a very small and lightweight rooter. When I asked why don't they use a normal size router, I was told it could damage the pipes. Are you kidding me? We had a plumbing emergency in Tempe and called Rooter Hero, it was the right choice! They were available 24/7, super responsive, and arrived fast. Our plumber, Gabriel, was professional, friendly, and walked us through everything before starting the job. No upselling, just honest service at a fair price, and they even cleaned up after themselves. They resolved the issue quickly and offered follow-up support too. Highly recommend Rooter Hero if you want reliable, expert plumbing done right!

Was scheduled with this company from 9-11am for sewer line issues. Never received any communication. I called the company and the tech reached out said he wasn’t aware that I was a 9-11 appointment, he recommended that he could come out tomorrow. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on poor scheduling of service.
