Wish I could leave a negative rating. This company is full of crooks and cowards who’s management won’t even take a phone call when they know what they are doing is wrong. I have a split unit a/c in my living room that was leaking water. A tech came out and advised I needed a new condensate pump. The quote came days later after I had to seek them out to get an answer.
