I had a leak in my garage and they came out and determined that my water softener that doesn't work was overflowing. They then cut a hole in the bottom of it, scooted it out the way and joined the 2 pipes together as shown in the pictures below. I was never given a price despite asking and was charged $455 for a very small amount of work. I would have never allowed them to proceed if they'd actually given me a price.
