I again used this company and I will continue to use them. They have done small jobs, replaced my main pipe in the back yard and replaced my hot water tank. Always much cheaper, very very dependable and courteous. Thank you guys.

These guys might be great. I know the price quoted to me was good, but as soon as they found out about the home owner being the landlord, they said no. They do not do bill to even if the bill would be paid on the spot over the phone. I get wanting to protect your business, thats what leans are for. If a landlord didnt pay you, you have the right to put a lean on their house or buildings.

The part of the sewer line at our office under the foundation was massively corroded (see photo). One of the bids we received was alarmingly high, but Rooter Brothers was *very reasonable* and they have a 5-star rating, so we hired them. We were not dissappointed! They kept the floor damage to an absolute minimum and still did the job right and in a timely manner.
