I booked a 90-minute session that included foot zoning, hot stone leg massage, Reiki, and sound healing with singing bowls, and it was incredible from start to finish. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Krissi at Rooted Wellness + Apothecary. She immediately made me feel relaxed and grounded. Her new space feels calm and peaceful. I really appreciated that she asked before any physical contact and she told me what to expect at each stage of my visit. Krissi is the BEST! She has this vibe about her that will instantly put you at ease. She's easy to open up to and her hands have a magic touch. The ambuance of her spa suite adds to the experience as well. I've had plenty of foot zones in my life and her touch is something special. I love foot zoning and reiki sessions with Krissi! I have been to her 4 or 5 times, and each time is a great experience. She holds sacred space during the time you are with her.
