I love the classes and they have helped me tremendously with my social anxiety and depression however like everywhere they have cliches and they are always saving seats and making comments and you never really fit in. After a year I gave up. I loved the classes and really felt better for my physical health. Mentally its like high school.
I dropped in for a Restorative Yoga class on my lunch break and wow. It was such a relaxing and restful experience; a perfect break in my work day. Thank you, Trinity for such an amazing job. I haven't felt this great in years!
I stopped into Rooted Tribe Hot Yoga while staying the night in Butte headed up to Missoula. To start, Butte is a very picturesque town with friendly people, great food and beer. I was in need of a good stretch after camping in Yellowstone and Rooted Tribe was right around the corner from my hotel. Great variety of classes - you can get a relaxing stretch or really challenge yourself with something more strenuous. The instructors are great. I’m grateful that I gave Rooted a try… I’m loving it!
