I dropped in for a Restorative Yoga class on my lunch break and wow. It was such a relaxing and restful experience; a perfect break in my work day. Thank you, Trinity for such an amazing job. I haven't felt this great in years!
I stopped into Rooted Tribe Hot Yoga while staying the night in Butte headed up to Missoula. To start, Butte is a very picturesque town with friendly people, great food and beer. I was in need of a good stretch after camping in Yellowstone and Rooted Tribe was right around the corner from my hotel. Great variety of classes - you can get a relaxing stretch or really challenge yourself with something more strenuous. The instructors are great. I’m grateful that I gave Rooted a try… I’m loving it!
This studio has such a special place in my heart. I love it so much.🩷🦋
Tammy and Trinity are great people, I was really nervous to try hot yoga in the beginning but I can’t see myself not doing it now, very welcoming atmosphere. Hot yoga has not only helped me physically but mentally I feel way more centered. 10/10!
