Rooted Tree Services responded quickly to an after-hours call about a large uprooted tree on our property (in comparison, a number of other local companies whose websites advertised 24/7 emergency tree removal did not respond to our call until the next business day). We found the team to be polite/professional and were really satisfied with the service overall. Would highly recommend!
For weeks I contacted the head office to follow up on an estimator that came to my house. They assured me that he would call me. I followed up repeatedly, and received the same assurance - but nothing. On my final contact, they offered to send a new estimator to my house - what kind of service is that? I had used this company once previously, and the service was fine - that's why I contacted them for a new job. How could they change so radically in just a few years?
