Rooted has been servicing our buildings for as long as I can remember and have been nothing but amazing. They respond to urgent calls very quickly - even at 9pm on a Friday night when a tree fell down onto one of our buildings. We appreciate everything they do for us and honestly recommend them for whatever you need.
Fast, organized and meticulous, the Rooted crew needed only an hour to clear a fallen apple tree from our garden shed and yard. All while ensuring they caused no additional damage to the fence, building, windows or gardens. And they even cleaned up the sawdust. Highly recommended!
Had 3 Oaks removed today. Excellent service start to finish and at a reasonable price.
Called on a Monday & appointment set up for Saturday between 9am - 1pm. Waited for 4 hours & no show so tried to call but only answering machine. A week later received a call late Saturday saying they'll come by Sunday between 9am - 1 pm. Said no thanks because of previous week. No apologies they just hung up.
