If you are looking for An Arborist who is Professional and Honest it would be Alex, Owner of Rooted Tree Care. We just moved to Gallatin from Texas, we needed some to look at our Arborvitae trees seem like dying, Called Alex of ROOTED TREE CARE and he was so Honest, just told us how to take care of it, and did not Charge us any. It is hard to find Guy like him now a days!! Pls call Rooted Tree Care without Any Hesitation.
Just had the canopy of our big old tree thinned out and overall health of the tree assessed. We were able to get an estimate quite quickly and fit into their schedule in under two months. Lydia was friendly and professional, and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. Very satisfied.
Lydia and her team at Rooted Tree Care did a great job on our trees. She scheduled with us promptly and gave us a comprehensive assessment that was reasonably priced. Her expertise as an arborist is evident in her work. We will definitely use Rooted Tree Care again and highly recommend them.
I don't have any good photos, so enjoy this photo that shows the scale of the original problem. Some massive Norway Maples in our backyard were damaging our roof (and our neighbor's roof!) and threatening to crush our house (we were surprised we could even get house insurance). After Lydia trimmed them, we were able to clean our gutters without risking life and limb, and she gave us a ton of tips to help those trees stay healthy for as long as possible. Lydia was quick to respond to our initial inquiry, provided a clear quote for approval, and scheduling the work. The crew did an excellent job removing two trees and trimming others in a safe and timely manner. They also cleaned up thoroughly — everything looked great afterward.
