I’ve been training with Blanche for the past 16 months and am so thankful for her expertise and the approach she takes for sustainable strength. She listens well and pushes you (within reason) while providing a safe environment to learn, grow and increase strength in. Only wish I would have started working out with her sooner!
Blanche is amazing to work with!! Small group training is ideal because you're getting a solid, structured plan. She explains the why and how behind those spicy, but rewarding, workouts. Excellent communication and a positive environment. So happy to be part of this program! She really is the best!!
