We worked with Courtney and David on our kitchen renovation. Our ask was to design a kitchen which felt like it had always been a part of the house. Not only did they deliver on that, they also brought a deep knowledge of the process, access to their network of contractors, vendors, and crafts people, and help with decisions big and small. They are also great people to be around who are willing to jump in and talk through ideas. Thank you so much for our beautiful kitchen!
Rooted Space will not let you down! Courtney and Dave are extremely talented, professional, organized and dependable. Rooted Space helped me transform an old Elmwood Village home into a dental office and 2 apartments while maintaining historic characteristics that qualified the project for rehabilitation tax credits.
