10 out of 10 for sure! Tori is a sweetheart. I left 100% happy with my hair but that wasn't even the best part. The connection, conversation and warmth are next level. The studio and boutique are gorgeous (I want ONE OF EVERYTHING) and I had just the absolute greatest experience. Additionally, although I am certain varying degrees of strength are available, if you are like me and enjoy a really vigorous scrubby hair wash - Tori can accommodate! Fantastical!
