Clean, bright & very professional salon - I went to see Rebecca and she never fails to amaze me! Definitely would recommend for extensions and toning, she makes my hair look perfect every time!
Alright so I don't really leave reviews and I guess u can say my visit to rooted being first time there was totally not worth the price I mean 55 dollars for a blowout to come home and have to re blow dry it it was frizzy and damp underneath the girl who did it was very nice in just disappointed at what I paid and what I got
I was drawn into Rooted Salon because of how beautiful it looked from the outside — and walking in, it was even more stunning inside. However, my experience with the staff didn’t match the ambiance. I asked the receptionist if they removed extensions and worked with colored hair. Her immediate response was, “We don’t do pink, blue, green, or highlighted colors,” which felt dismissive right off the bat. They say they do men's hair, I've been in there 4 times and called 3 times to make an appointment, but they've never called me back. Apparently they don't do men's hair or they don't need any more customers
