I was drawn into Rooted Salon because of how beautiful it looked from the outside — and walking in, it was even more stunning inside. However, my experience with the staff didn’t match the ambiance. I asked the receptionist if they removed extensions and worked with colored hair. They say they do men's hair, I've been in there 4 times and called 3 times to make an appointment, but they've never called me back. Apparently they don't do men's hair or they don't need any more customers
Haley is wonderful!! I love my hair.
I am in the process of transitioning my hair to gray. I know if I don't want my hair to break off, it's going to take a few times. My hair is doing great. Kayla is great as well. I will do a follow up post with a picture when it's done.
